Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in software development or IT projects.Requirement Gathering Skills: Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project needs and propose effective solutions.Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to assist in project planning and execution.Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes and architectural design principles.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project specifications.Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
