Principal responsibilities

Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering, analysis, detailed requirement documentation and visualizationUnderstand, streamline and optimize end-to-end business operating model and process, where appropriate, challenge business requirements and work with users to understand the real business problem statementsFacilitate communication and collaboration among a variety of project stakeholders, including business users, project managers, architects and developersPerform detailed analysis of business processes and translate business requirements into user stories, specification documents, executable artefacts for development teamDefine test strategy, test cases, and acceptance criteria that can be used by development teamProvide business and domain knowledge clarification to technical development team when neededSupport execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), conduct technical solution demo, and defects follow-upWork within the agile delivery team to contribute to continuous improvement within the e2e delivery in order to maximize quality and efficiency in IT project delivery

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of working experience in Markets Risk Management, with detailed knowledge in financial market domain knowledge, especially on investment bank's products, market risk measures and managementAt least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleStrong knowledge of market risk-related concepts, including VAR, stress testing, historical simulation, and Market Risk Limits.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, concise requirementsFamiliar with visualization tools for analysis, communication, and solution proposalStrong communication skills, stakeholder management and negotiation skills in English, both written and verbalUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies; experience with JIRA or other project management toolsExperience in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, VBA, or similar will be a plus
