You'll play a key role in enhancing our service management solutions and driving customer centricity. **_Our team_** This position is part of Connect to Resolve (C2R), a transversal organization within Sanofi Business Operations. C2R focuses on seamlessly connecting Sanofi employees and third parties with support teams to resolve their queries, driving customer centricity and user experience.
