■必須要件■Must Have

産業機械、装置の様な複雑なものの機械設計/開発経験7年以上お客様の設計要求内容の理解入力要求から最終製品リリースまでのプロジェクトに従事（入力収集、コンセプト設計、詳細設計、問題解決）機械工学レイアウト、詳細図面、難易度の高い仕様書の設計、開発、修正機械加工、板金、溶接、プラスチック部品の設計経験アプリケーションに基づいたエンジニアリング材料と標準部品の選択GD&Tと公差の知識3D CAD、複雑なアセンブリの2D図面、工業規格に準拠した製品のエンジニアリングドキュメンテーションの実務経験Solid Edge/Solid works/Creo/UG/CatiaなどのCADツールの使用経験製造プロセス、変更管理プロセス、PLMツールの知識があるエンジニアリング上の問題特定と、限られた監督下での様々な機械的問題のトラブルシューティング
At least 7 years of experience in equipment design/developmentUnderstand the customer's design requirements and methodologies and train offshore design teamWorked on projects from input requirement to final product release (input gathering, concept design, detailed design, and issue resolution)Design, develop and modify mechanical engineering layouts, detailed drawings, specifications of complex scopeDesign experience in machined, sheet metal, weldments, and plastic partsSelection of engineering materials and standards parts based on the applicationGood knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stake-upExperience working with 3D CAD, 2D drawings of complex assemblies and engineering documentation of products complying with industrial standardsExperienced in CAD tools such as Solid Edge/Solid works/Creo/UG/CatiaGood knowledge of manufacturing processes, change management processes and PLM toolsEngineering problem identification and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical problems with limited supervision

 半導体製造装置の機械設計経験Solid Edge/ Solid works/UG NX の経験TeamcenterまたはPLMの使用経験半導体装置産業に関する安全基準に精通している真空技術、熱力学、プロセスチャンバー、流体力学、空気圧学、ポンプ、ゲージ、気体/液体フローシステム、産業オートメーションの経験があれば尚可メカトロニクス、システムインテグレーション、プロダクトオーナーシップの知識グローバルチームや利害関係者とやり取りできる優れたコミュニケーションスキル

 

Experience in mechanical design of semiconductor and manufacturing equipmentExperience in Solid Edge / Solid works / UG NX Experience with Teamcenter or any PLMExposure to safety standards pertaining to Semiconductor equipment industryExperience in vacuum technology, thermodynamics, process chambers, fluid dynamics, pneumatics, pumps, gauges, gas/liquid flow systems, industrial automation is an added advantageKnowledge of Mechatronics, system integration, product ownershipExcellent communication skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders
