At JLL, we're revolutionizing HR through data-driven insights. We're seeking a visionary Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our HR Data and BI team. In this pivotal role, you'll architect our next-gen HR data warehouse, build innovative solutions, and collaborate with the Workforce Insights and Analytics team to create analytical products that inform high-level strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Architecture and DevelopmentDevelop the next-generation HR Data Warehouse in Azure DatabricksDesign and implement a data model supporting Data and Metrics-as-a-ServiceDevelop Power BI data sources and dashboards for key HR subject areasLead migration from legacy SQL server to Azure Databricks Data Visualization and Dashboard DevelopmentCreate insightful, self-service driven dashboards in Power BIDesign visually stunning dashboards for executive useDrive stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering Stakeholder Engagement and CollaborationWork closely with Workforce Insights Analytics partnersCollaborate with analysts to identify data needsChampion self-service BI adoption across the organization Data Quality, Governance, and Process OptimizationMonitor and ensure data quality in the HR Data warehouseDesign and build governance frameworkSupport HR data requests, promoting best practices Leadership and InnovationSpearhead adoption of AI and GPT tools to improve team productivityCollaborate on implementing forward-looking solutionsIdentify processes for automation and simplification Mentorship and Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a global team of HR reporting analystsPerform design and code reviewsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field5+ years expertise in BI, data warehousing, and HR analyticsExpert-level proficiency in Advanced SQL, Power BI, Azure Databricks, and PythonExperience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data governanceStrong understanding of HR processes and WorkdayExcellent analytical and communication skillsFamiliarity with AI and GPT toolsWhat we offer:
