Join our team as a Lead Benefits Operations Consultant, where you will play a key role in engaging and educating employees about our total wellbeing benefits and programs. This position combines marketing, project management, and collaboration to drive impactful communication strategies and events that inspire action across our workforce.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute marketing, communication, and event strategies to promote wellbeing programs.
Manage companywide promotions, employee events, and campaigns.
Oversee project management, implementations, and integration of certain benefit vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), corporate communications, legal, and benefits leadership.
Create compelling presentations and resources for diverse audiences.
Leverage data to inform communication strategies and drive engagement.
What you’ll need
Strong marketing, communication, and project management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audiences.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to navigate ambiguous, complex issues with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience and team collaboration expertise.
Knowledge of healthcare, wellbeing, and/or benefits is a plus.
What you’ll bring
Preferred certifications: Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Project Management Professional (PMP).
Advanced degrees in Human Resources or an MBA are desirable.
5+ years of related experience
Our Lead Benefits Consultant earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
