Position Summary:
To ensure professional set, execution and clean-up of all Banquet functions, and to assist management in that same endeavor.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure meeting rooms/areas are properly set and all necessary equipment is in place.Regularly inventory and maintain all related equipment.Ensure proper uniforms are worn, and departmental/resort service standards are maintained.Continuously strive for complete guest satisfaction – including cooperating with Guests and others for last minute changes/additions.Complete written communication in order to keep management informed.Ensure the proper cleanup of all Banquet areas. Attend BEO meetings when necessary.Additional related responsibilities as assigned by management.Physically assist with all functions of Banquet Department as necessary.Full Time Benefits Summary:
