We are currently seeking a Lead Attorney to join our Honeywell team in Prague.
As a Lead Attorney here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to the organization. You will provide leadership, direction, and consultation to the business for the contract management function, driving consistent policies and processes in support of business objectives and contributing to the organization's achievement of goals and objectives, while satisfying its customers. You will report directly to our General Counsel, ISC and Transformation for ESS, and you'll work out of our Prague, Czech Republic location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters, interpreting new laws and regulations, and drafting and negotiating complex international agreements with suppliers. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders of the integrated supply chain management team Draft and negotiate complex international agreements with suppliers Interpret new laws and regulations and their impact on the business Provide coaching and development for junior lawyers in the COEPerform due diligence work related to mergers and acquisitionsKey requirements
Law degree from an accredited law schoolMust be a qualified or barred attorney5+ years of experience practicing law Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skillsWe Value
