As a Lead Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
Keeping designated Pressure Pumping equipment in working order according to operating guidelinesPlanning Equipment maintenance and keeping records of it in accordance with business standards.Troubleshooting mechanical, Electrical and electronic equipment components.Assembling, maintaining and overhauling equipment to ensure safety and reliabilityEnsuring full compliance for all products (including any 3rd Party & Field personnel if working in shop)Checking and verifying components with measuring and gauging equipmentSupporting incident investigations; troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems.Executing SAP transactions related to material movements, equipment tracking.Maintaining and Controlling parts, materials and consumables
Ensuring operational alignment with planning and KPI's to optimize inventory and process improvements.
Interacting with suppliers for equipment refurbishment, painting and welding.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of a technical diploma and Bachelor degree in Engineering is preferredHave a minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.Advanced knowledge of electro/mechanical componentsHave previous experience in Hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.Have previous experience in Tractor and Trailer Repair and maintenanceHave previous experience in Frac, Coil Tubing, Cementing equipment Troubleshooting and repairHave knowledge of digital/analog circuit theory.Be able to work independently.Be able to work flexible hoursBe ready for business trips to work on remote locations globally.Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.Be able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal and communication skillsWork in a way that works for you
