Pay of $21.00/hour Health benefits 12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM – 6 PM) What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior operator or lead role Experience in injection molding, plastics recycling, or chemical production preferred Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED - preferred Ability to work in a loud, dusty, and physically demanding environment Commitment to safety and attention to detail What You’ll Do as a Lead Assembler: Lead and coach production staff to meet daily productivity and quality goals Operate production equipment and mix chemical solutions safely and efficiently Perform hourly quality checks and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols Maintain accurate production records and manage raw material staging Ensure team members have the required PPE and follow safety guidelines Perform light maintenance and equipment calibration as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Manage schedules and authorize timecards Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
