This role blends architectural leadership with hands-on technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with a solid grasp of modern data technologies — including SAP, Databricks, Power BI, Google Analytics, and cloud platforms — and will play a pivotal role in shaping our analytics landscape. **Job Responsibilities** + Lead the development of enterprise-grade analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with both current and future business needs. Architect with a modular, reusable approach across platforms including Databricks, SAP, and cloud environments. + Work closely with business teams to map requirements to actionable reporting and analytics solutions. Effectively translate complex business problems into scalable data strategies. + Engage directly in solution development (e.g., data modeling, pipeline design, dashboarding in Power BI), while overseeing and guiding development teams to ensure high standards and efficient delivery. + Build and maintain reference architectures and frameworks that promote scalability, maintainability, and cross-solution consistency. + Explore and evaluate emerging tools and technologies relevant to analytics, data processing, and visualization; recommend strategic adoption based on fit and value. + Define and promote architectural standards, coding practices, and solution guidelines to ensure data quality, security, and performance. + Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our architecture remains modern, efficient, and responsive to changing needs. **Background & Skills** + Strong experience designing and implementing analytics solutions using Databricks, SAP, Power BI, and Google Analytics. + Proven track record with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data technologies. + Deep expertise in data architecture, engineering, modeling, and visualization. + Hands-on experience building data pipelines, transformation logic, and data products. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. + Strong collaboration skills and experience working in global, cross-functional teams. + Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative + Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps principles and CI/CD for data. + Strategic thinker with a deep passion for technology and continuous innovation. + Advocate for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
