Lead Analytics Consultant – Conduct Analytics and Reporting
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a **Lead Analytics Consultant in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management (CM).** You will be responsible for data visualization and reporting and conducting peer review testing. To be successful, you will need to bring an end-to-end analytical toolkit that includes extracting data from the Teradata warehouse with SQL; validating and refining findings by partnering with subject matter experts that are in a matrixed organization; creating all required control documentation; and finally completing peer review testing. **In this role, you will:** + Manage the design, development, implementation, and management of business intelligence and reporting solutions + Ensure reporting processes and solutions are designed and created according to business requirements and published processes and procedures + Complete risk-mitigating activities including code testing, peer review, consolidation of similar recurring processes and reports, and best-in-class documentation (i.e. BRDs, FSDs) that is structured for consistency and is easy to understand by multiple levels of reviewers, partners, and regulatory agents + Collaborate across the organization, engaging with peers, risk and compliance managers, and executive leadership as a trusted advisor on analytical and strategic initiatives + Review work of others and provide value-added feedback. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + **2+ years of BI (Tableau or Power BI or SAS) development experience** + **2+ years of Teradata warehouse experience with SQL** **Desired Qualifications:** + **Experience with Development tools (JIRA and Github)** + Experience with functional testing of large data sets or dashboards + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy + Knowledge and understanding of data visualizations (Prefer Power BI) + Experience in transforming data and analyses into easily digestible and visually accessible dashboards and reports + Experience documenting non-technical business requirements and translating into technical rules + **Experience in developing and delivering regulatory reporting** + Strong attention to detail and ability to understand risks and integration/interdependency of risks + Experience in data quality and best practice design concepts **Job Expectations** : Ability to travel up to 5% of the time **Position Location:** West Des Moines, Iowa (IA) – 800 S.
