Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis_Shanghai
**Position summary:** This role acts as business partner for BU sales team and service team, and is responsible for leading and driving business partnering, performance management, planning, financial governance and decision support to Commercial BU leaders. The role also takes ownership and accountability to help drive key business wide, strategic and finance projects **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** _(Detailed Description)_ + Provide financial reporting and analysis of BU sales, gross to net, gross margin, spending, operating income, headcount, etc. Actively participate in business discussions, including monthly performance review, S&OP, business councils, and provides financial updates. + Lead financial forecast, budget and LRFP of BU P&L, including sales, COGS, expenses, capex, headcount, etc. + Review and validate BU requests, including price changes, promotion programs, financial solution deals, capex investment, etc. + Support service team to develop data-driven maintenance models, optimizing repair pricing strategies and implementing cost-control framework to enhance profitability. + Monitor risks and opportunities of businesses proactively. Provide alternatives, options, clear recommendations, and leverage relationships to influence decision making. + Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and evaluation for business projects and initiatives, such as business development, ROI, resource allocation, etc. + Collaborate with FP&A for corporate and local reporting deliverables, and maintain master data + Continuously drive standard works and process improvements in business related processes + Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements in all financial decisions. **Education & Experience** **:** + Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and business partnering, preferably within the medical device industry. + Degree holder in Finance or Accounting. + Qualified CPA or equivalent is a plus. + Fluent in English. + Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. **Physical & Mental Requirements:** + Strong analytical skills and business acumen, strong curiosities to understand business. + Ability to work under pressure and does not require close supervision to meet tight deadlines. + Positive attitude, fast learner, and good team player; good communication and interpersonal skills. + Excellent interpersonal communications skills to manage various levels of stakeholders. + Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm in health-industry. + High ethical standards and integrity.
