AsakeymemberoftheEnterpriseExcellenceteam,youwillleadaportfolioofimprovementprojectsusingLean,SixSigma,DMAIC,Agile,andstructuredproblem-solvingmethodologies.Youreffortswilloptimizecriticalprocesses,establishbestpractices,andleverageautomation,aligningwith the strategic priorities of Iron Mountain. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ●Strategic Process Transformation & Standardization ○Identify,standardize,andautomatehigh-impactprocessesacrossGBS,ensuringalignmentwithenterprisegoalsandcustomerexperiencestandards.Leveragebestpractices to create a cohesive, unified approach to operational excellence. ●Portfolio Management & Prioritization ○Developaportfolioofimprovementprojectsthatdrivetangiblecost savings,processefficiencies,andcustomersatisfaction.Establishclearcriteriaforprioritizinginitiativesbasedonbusinessvalue,securingstakeholderbuy-inforseamlessexecution. ●Operational Excellence Using Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt ○ApplyLean,SixSigma,Agile,andothermethodologiestostreamlineend-to-endprocesses.Conductrootcauseanalysisanddeployprocesscontroltechniquestoimprove operational efficiency, quality, and compliance across global teams. ●Cross-Functional Collaboration & Engagement ○CollaboratecloselywithGlobalProcessOwnerstodriveenhancementsacrosscriticalGBSfunctions,aligningprocessimprovementswithbroaderbusinessgoals. Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is a plus.
