Job DescriptionRole Summary
As a Lead Analyst, Business Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting the reporting and analytics functions for our MSP, RPO and Procurement Solutions programs. You will provide reporting and analytical support to our program teams and clients by leveraging our tools and best practices. You will be assigned to multiple programs and/or product lines and must be available to support client programs in many different capacities.
You should be able to execute job responsibilities with the understanding of how output would affect and impact other operational areas. You are expected to lead a team of direct reports.
Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution
Compile, deliver, and track data used to measure overall program performance as well as individual vendor performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basisProvides written analysis of business issues using internal data sources, trending analysis and problem-solving skillsReconcile and manage data quality as necessary to resolve discrepancies and/or reconcile resultsAdminister program operations reports (internal or client-facing) and produce corporate level reporting to support management decision-makingMaintain program reporting catalogues, schedules and documentation to support business continuityDocument reporting requirements, procedures, and business rules necessary to support the delivery of reporting for our programs and customersManage a combination of regularly scheduled deliverables as well as ad hoc reporting requests, with direct interaction with stakeholdersImplement complex technical solutions into deliverables (eg. Power BI, SQL, etc.)Perform complex analyses of the program data (including recommendations for current and potential program concerns, benchmarking against other data sets, sophisticated cost savings analyses, etc.)Lead the Business Analytics workstream during the implementation of new programs and expansionsCritical involvement in the creation of QBR presentations including recommendations for improvement, relevant benchmarking, outside data sources, etc.Oversee training and development of direct reportsMentor junior Associates & Analysts in industry best practices, analysis methodology and/or technical skillsAny other duties as required
