Your impact
As a Lead AI Engineer on the OpenText ValueEdge team, you'll take an active role in designing, building, and optimizing advanced backend services and AI-powered features for enterprise software solutions. You will be instrumental in the development and integration of robust APIs, scalable services, and production-ready machine learning models—including Large Language Models (LLMs)—to empower organizations to achieve intelligent automation and actionable insights.

What you need to succeed Technical Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience as a server-side/backend engineer 2+ years of experience with Python/Django framework2+ years of experience with Java and Spring for backend development1+ years of experience and strong interest in ML and LLMs Solid understanding of building, testing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and scalable backend services Experience with SQL databases and backend data management concepts Familiarity with Git-based workflows and automated testing frameworks
