Job Title: Lead AI Engineer – Python/AI-ML

Experience Range: 8+ years

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML development Proficiency with Keras, Pandas, and deep learning frameworks Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLM architectures (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5) Proven experience leading end-to-end AI/ML solution design and implementation In-depth knowledge of Time Series Forecasting, Predictive Analytics, and Deep Learning Experience building data pipelines and infrastructure using Kafka, Big Data tools, Aurora DB, and ELK Stack Experience deploying and optimizing ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Demonstrated leadership in guiding AI/ML teams, mentoring junior engineers, and defining best practices Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with PoC creation, model experimentation, and Generative AI validations Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI principles, and explainability frameworks Knowledge of emerging trends and tools in the AI/ML space and ability to evaluate their strategic fit Exposure to AI roadmap planning, tool selection, and platform scalability architecture Experience in cross-functional leadership and influencing executive decision-making in AI strategy
