The company has offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Geneva, Istanbul, and Kigali. **Overview** We are deepening an ambitious strategic initiative to embed artificial intelligence and automation into the heart of how we operate. As AI Adoption & Automation Lead, you will accelerate this ongoing transformation, working across teams and disciplines to turn emerging technologies into concrete, high-impact solutions that enhance our core business and bring additional value to our clients. This is a transversal role for a pragmatic visionary—someone who can both zoom out to imagine what's possible, and zoom in to deliver tangible, measurable improvements. **Responsibilities** Strategy & Vision (in collaboration with the director of Innovation) + Refine the agency roadmap for AI adoption and automation in alignment with business objectives and client needs + Identify high-impact use cases in collaboration with department leads (PMO, Production, Creative, Hospitality, F&B & Administration) + Monitor technological trends (LLMs, workflow tools, data-driven design, generative media, etc.) and assess their relevance to the agency’s model + Build business cases to support investment decisions and resource allocation Implementation & Delivery + Lead the scoping, piloting, and deployment of AI and automation tools, both off-the-shelf and custom-built + Design and implement efficient, human-centered workflows combining AI, no-code/low-code tools, and existing systems (Airtable, Notion, Revit, etc.) + Ensure seamless integration across teams, platforms, and projects + Collaborate with external partners and developers where needed Change Management & Adoption + Act as internal consultant and coach to drive adoption across teams + Organize internal training, documentation, and support systems + Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement Operational Excellence & Measurement + Define clear KPIs for automation and AI initiatives (time saved, quality improved, errors reduced, etc.) + Track and report on progress and impact to leadership and stakeholders + Establish best practices and governance models to ensure scalability and consistency **Qualifications** + Hybrid background: experience in tech (AI, data, automation, product management) AND exposure to creative or operational industries like live events, media, or design + Proficient in AI tools, workflow automation, and collaborative platforms + Fluent in no-code/low-code development environments + Strong analytical thinking, paired with a design- and user-centric mindset + Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of navigating cross-functional environments + Curious, agile, and pragmatic: know how to prioritize impact over hype + Fluency in French and English **Additional information** **Why Join Us?** You’ll be at the heart of one of the most exciting transformation projects in the event industry.
