Job DescriptionTo conduct daily consolidation planning and booking with carriersEnsure smooth and timely freight process flowReceive and update shipment status in a timely mannerEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operating systemTrack and Trace Air Export shipmentsInteract with branches in arranging their international shipments, meeting / exceeding customer service standardsCoordinate with our contracted service providers in procuring space and services at a competitive cost levelMonitor and manage the best consolidation to maximize the yield and profitability while meeting customer’s service requirementsMake sure correct and timely cost protection and billing in operating systemTimely check and verify airlines’ billing statement, EQ report (if applicable) and work with accounting for timely payment to our service providers (airlines, other SPs)Contribute to maintain strong relationships with service providers (Airlines, trucking companies, and others)Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies / requirementsUnderstand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiencyMeet KPI standards, as per the company’s proceduresOverseas communicationsOther tasks assigned by manager/departmentQualificationsCollege graduate or above2-3 years’ related experience and/or training on airfreight or related industry, or equivalent combination of education and experienceGlobal logistics industry knowledgeEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word)IATA/FIATA and Hazardous Materials certification a plusFluent in EnglishAdditional InformationExpeditors offers excellent benefits:
