About the Role: As a Lead Advisor, you will act as a Personal CFO for a select group of clients, guiding them through comprehensive wealth management strategies. You’ll lead client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage external resources to deliver exceptional service and results. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® designation is mandatory + Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial or estate planning, preferably within a professional financial services or wealth management firm + Deep expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow planning + Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills + Ability to manage complex workloads and collaborate with cross-functional teams + High integrity, motivation, and adaptability Excited about this role?
