Lead Advisor – Wealth Management 📍 San Francisco, CA | $150k–$200k Base + Bonus + Equity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive financial planning and guidance. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored wealth strategies, support sophisticated financial decisions, and help clients achieve their long-term goals. What You’ll Do + Act as the first point of contact for client communications. + Review client portfolios and provide actionable recommendations. + Prepare comprehensive client meeting deliverables, including cash flow analysis, asset allocation, and planning strategies. + Create spreadsheet analyses for advanced financial topics, including tax loss harvesting, stock options, and wealth transfer strategies. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and relationship management. Requirements What We’re Looking For + 4+ years of experience at an RIA or similar firm, working directly with high-net-worth clients. + CFP® designation required. + Proven ability to manage multiple complex client relationships. + Highly organized and able to coordinate across teams to ensure client success. + Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
