About the Role:
Join a dynamic team of experts within AT&T’s Marketing & Growth Organization, focused on developing strategic insights to deliver best-in-class Campaign Analytics.
As a Lead Advanced Analytics professional, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong analytical mindset to transform complex datasets and performance metrics into actionable recommendations for our marketing partners. Your work will directly impact our marketing strategies and drive significant business growth across our Broadband and Wireless portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL.Campaign Analytics experience4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting.Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.Expertise in using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Proven experience working with large and complex datasets, including data transformation and ETL processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the marketing teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems (MKIS), etc.) or equivalent experience.Experience within the high tech, software, and/or wireless/telecom industry is highly desired.Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives without having direct managerial control.Proactive and anticipatory problem solver with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Additional Information:
