ResponsibilitiesFlawlessly manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.Work closely with customers, internal departments, and external partners to resolve any billing or payment issues.Successfully implement process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the accounts receivable function.Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and maintaining key financial records.Provide outstanding support for audits and compliance requirements.Maintain and update the standard operating procedures for all accounts receivable tasks.Lead and mentor a team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Minimum QualificationsProven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.Demonstrated success in interacting effectively with various teams within the organization.Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining punctual attendance.Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and objectives.High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

An associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.2+ years of experience and a solid understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.Proficient in using accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.Knowledge of InforA+ ERP is a plus.
