Lead Account Manager
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the South American Rigid Polyurethanes Foams market • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth **YOU MUST HAVE** • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in key account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the Polyurethanes (PU) industry, focused on rigid PU applications with focus on thermal isolation • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite **WE VALUE** + Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field + Excellent communication skills + Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization + Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
