In the Lead Account Manager role, you will lead engagements with existing clients while also focusing on new logos for our Intelligrated organization in the fashion / apparel / home improvement verticals. You will build relationships and take the time to learn what our customers do to gain a deep understanding of the appropriate products and solutions from the IGS service offerings product suite. You will define sales and growth strategy while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers by becoming a subject matter expert on our value proposition. This position will require up to 40% travel to clients in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
+ Travel to customer sites in various US locations and Canada.
+ Collaborate with sales, customers, and other key internal and external stakeholders to develop new opportunities and nurture existing ones.
+ Negotiate, structure and model offerings, pricing, and implementation strategies for contractual agreements.
+ Work cross functionally with internal and external teams through the entire sales cycle to secure orders and achieve/exceed targets.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 5+ years commercial experience – ideally with material handling and/or system solutions.
+ Strong project management and time management skills.
+ Experience negotiating contract values from $200k to $20 million.
+ Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
+ Ability and willingness to lead/influence cross functional teams with minimal supervision.
