Responsibilities
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Kinaxis RapidResponse across implementations and enhancements.
• Define and lead the technical architecture, including integration strategy, performance optimization, and solution scalability.
• Design and oversee custom extensions, data models, and automation within the Kinaxis environment.
• Lead integration between Kinaxis and enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, and legacy platforms using middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Oversee ETL processes, data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation to ensure high-quality, performant integrations.
• Troubleshoot data issues and drive root cause analysis in collaboration with client IT teams.
• Lead or review the configuration of Workbooks, Worksheets, Tasks, Alerts, Metrics, Dashboards, and custom logic within RapidResponse.
• Develop or oversee scripting, automation, and advanced logic for complex supply chain scenarios.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• 5–8 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in:
o Data modeling, data loads, and custom table design within Kinaxis
o Scripting and automation capabilities of RapidResponse
o Integration and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, REST APIs)
• Proven experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Experience with source control, version management, and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications:
• Kinaxis Technical Certifications (e.g., RapidResponse Author, Administrator)
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and API gateway management
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Agile development, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
• Previous experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $74000
Pay Range Maximum: $151800

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
