Join our Team and advance your career as aLead 3rd Party Supply and DRP PlannerIn this role You will:Support 3PPlanning Team Leader with daily operational coordination during weekly 3P planning, DRP activities, RCA/RSL processes with reports and analysis.Being first point of contact for 3P Planning &DRP process related questions, documentation and complex queries.Support Planning Team Members with process review and process optimization initiatives and working closely with the Supply Planning SME on projects.Works directly with the Market Demand Managers to ensure that the sales forecasts in APO are robust and reflect the latest demand plans of the business.Represents planning in monthly market S&OP meetings and weekly demand control meetings.Ensures inventory levels at SKU level are maintained to agreed target levels.Manages demand for non-NIKE distribution orders e.g. outside the envelope/region.Works with Master Data Administrators to ensure DRP and Third-party planning master data is accurate and reflects reality, and regular reviews are in place to drive improvements.Works closely with the NPI & Product Lifecycle Manager to ensure that product lifecycle plans are reflected in the DRP and deployment plans e.g. managing the phase in and phase out of stocks.Validates all warehouse ABCD classifications and packed goods safety stocks for their SKUs as part of the central Stock Mix Optimisation (SMO) process.Is the main contact for third party suppliers regarding the supply of purchased finished products and to work directly with them to ensure we have the right products, in the right places and at the right times across all of Europe.Creates an achievable procurement plan for the next 24 months based on the Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP).Supports GSC Procurement in the establishment and ongoing management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as part of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).What You will need to be successful:Fluency in EnglishFluency in German or Spanish is an advantageHighly analytical, numerate with a strong attention to detail.Minimum 5 years of experience working across a variety of supply chain planning roles.Ability to guide others in their work and occasionally stand in to management level.Knowledge and experience of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and a good understanding of its importance to the business.High degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and business reporting tools (e.g. Tableau/PowerBI).Knowledge and use of SAP/Kinaxis MaestroHas the drive and insight to take action wherever it is required. Enthusiastically seeks additional responsibility.Able to work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands, optimizing resources and responding to fast changing circumstances.Rapidly identifies key issues in a complex situation.
