Job Details:

LEAD REPROCESSING

Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required. These positions work in a hot and damp environment and slippery surfaces. Good communication skills, product-minded, safety conscious, work well with others.  Must be able to perform job, meet and maintain job standards.

Requiere estar de pie, inclinarse, estrecharse, subir, empujar, estirar, alcanzar. Estas posiciones trabajan en un Ambiente, Caliente y Húmedo y superficies resbalosas. Se requiere tener Habilidad de leer y escribir para completar trabajo de papeles y reportes. Buena Capacidad de Comunicación, producto de mente, consiente de la seguridad, trabajar bien y cooperar con el personal de U.S.D.A y Q.A. Debe ser capaz de realizar el trabajo, reunir y mantener las normas de trabajo.   

Applicants will be considered for Production Lead openings on the 1st   Shift in Reprocessing, the Lead will oversee the assigned line or area and keep the overall productivity going. The lead will help out in case of absenteeism. Must be able to perform all of the jobs within the department as assigned.  Assist in the training of new hires. The Lead will assist in the record keeping pertaining to the assigned area. Will be responsible for periodic Quality Control checks.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Debe ser capaz de realizar todos los trabajos dentro del departamento como sean asignados. Asistir en el entrenamiento de los nuevos empleados. El Coordinador asistirá en el mantenimiento de expedientes que pertenezca al área asignada. Sera responsable de los chequeos Periódicamente  de Control de Calidad. Hacer otros deberes que sean asignados.
