Minimum qualifications: + Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis. Preferred qualifications: + 6 years of industry experience in a Data Science role using statistics and machine learning to solve product or business problems. + Experience in SQL and Python programming, including the application of machine learning or statistical libraries. + Experience in a leadership role. You will lead the team that focuses on evolving YouTube’s approach to the data we share in external regulatory reports including transparency reports, audits, risk assessments, action plans, and more. You will begin with a focus on trust and safety related data, and eventually consider other regulatory reporting data that would benefit from this sort of scaled data strategy. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop work plans, OKRs, etc. to ensure the team delivers on commitments to meet evolving business needs. + Lead project timelines and milestones, coordinating across teams to ensure delivery of data products and solutions.
