As the Lead, Supply Chain, you will own and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for TKHNC. From manufacturing, planning to logistics, procurement, and quality — you’ll ensure our plant-based portfolio delivers with excellence, agility, and efficiency to fulffil our commercial plans. This role sits on the TKHNC leadership team and plays a critical role in scaling our platform while shaping the future of our operating model.
You’ll manage a team of 2–3 direct reports and partner closely with shared service functions across Kraft Heinz and NotCo. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role — ideal for a hands-on supply chain leader ready to build, improve, and deliver in a fast-paced and collaborative joint venture environment.

Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute TKHNC’s end-to-end supply chain strategy across six plant-based categories and 28 SKUs (Mac & Cheese, Cream Cheese, Meat – Burger & Chicken, Mayo, Links, and Cheese). Serve as a key member of the TKHNC leadership team — shaping strategic decisions and translating them into scalable plans Manage and develop a high-performing team across planning, procurement and quality.Operations & Execution
Manage robust, multi-partner network of 10+ co-manufacturers, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, quality and service-level excellence and development Own production and supply planning, balancing inventory levels (finished good and raw & pack), service, and working capital. Lead and continuously improve the S&OP process, targeting 95% forecast accuracy and best-in-class customer fill rates. Manage ~$8M/year in COGS spend and optimize cost through sourcing, value engineering, and supplier performance. Ensure logistics performance through close collaboration with Kraft Heinz and 3PL partners — delivering consistent OTIF results. Champion quality standards and food safety compliance across all categories and manufacturing sites. Support NPD commercialization by ensuring supply chain readiness and impeccable delivery Design and improve core supply chain processes, tools, and KPIs to unlock operational efficiency. Identify and close structural gaps in the operating model, working toward scalable solutions.Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to align demand, supply, and financial goals. Navigate the hybrid operating model: manage interfaces with shared Kraft Heinz/NotCo supply chain resources while ensuring the JV receives dedicated support. Foster collaboration and accountability across all supply chain partners and internal teams.Recipe for Success:
10+ years of experience in CPG supply chain roles, with exposure to planning, production, procurement, and/or logistics, start-up experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or other related fields. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication (written/verbal) and relationship building skills. Ability to translate business expectations into supply chain solutions. Possess strong planning, project management, and execution skills. Experience with Marketing/Finance principles is a plus Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed environment. Proven ability to build from scratch — thrive in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and unstructured systems. Strong analytical and decision-making skills — equally comfortable zooming into the detail or stepping back to set direction. Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, grounded in ownership, bias for action and a desire to always improve. Deep knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP best practices. New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 – $171,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
