Your Opportunity as the Lead, Security Operations
The Corporate Security Operations Leader is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program in line with Corporate Security standards, managing security site assessments, and assisting with the management of the executive protection program.
Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (in at least twice a week)
In this role you will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that aligns with Corporate Security standards
Manage and maintain training records for all Corporate Security members
Evaluate and expand training programs to reach broader audiences within the company
Conduct security site assessments at various JMS locations
Collaborate closely with the Corporate Security manager on investigations
Serve as program administrator for physical security technologies (camera and access control)
Manage the overall executive protection program in conjunction with the Corporate Security Manager
Attend all special meetings and events to provide protection to company leadership. Conducting security advances when necessary

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in security management or related field
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading trainings
Proficiency in managing security technologies and systems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to travel as required for site assessments and executive protection assignments
Clean driving record over the past 5 years (no moving violations or accidents at fault)
Must be able to obtain a Concealed Carry Weapons permit
Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):
Prior law enforcement, fire, EMS, or Military experience
Bachelor’s degree
