Job Title: Regional Support Coordinator – Operations Lead

Department: Operations Support

Position Summary

The Regional Support Coordinator – Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the regional Operations Coordinator Team. This leadership role requires significant experience and sound judgment to drive operational excellence and ensure consistent, high-quality support for sales account management and customer service activities.

The Operations Lead will serve as a primary liaison for assigned regional sales representatives, advocating for customer needs and facilitating ongoing business support. The position requires proactive problem-solving, coordination across departments, and hands-on support for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily regional operations, providing direction and oversight to the Operations Coordinator Team.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sales account executives, supporting customer retention and business development.Monitor and maintain order backlog; coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and documentation compliance.Resolve complex issues through collaboration, escalation, and follow-through with technical, professional, or service personnel when necessary.Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of tools, workflows, and standard operating procedures.Serve as a working supervisor, assisting in the training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members.Apply advanced knowledge and problem-solving skills to handle a wide range of responsibilities with minimal supervision.Handle special assignments that require initiative, creativity, and innovation to meet operational goals.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering professional, responsive, and solution-oriented support.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations support, customer service, or a related specialization.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and cross-functional coordination.Proficiency in business systems and tools related to order management and customer service.High level of initiative, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a regional or multi-site support role.Prior experience supporting a sales organization.
