about this team
This role is responsible for strategically guiding a team of administrative coordinators to oversee and enhance the product development process, ensuring alignment with the Go-to-Market calendar. Through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, the role aims to streamline operations, improve seasonal efficiency, and maintain clear visibility across timelines, cost, and technical status.
core responsibilities
Strategically lead a team of admin coordinators to monitor development status to adhere to the Go to Market calendarStrategically lead a team to improve and build new processes as needed to achieve optimum development efficiencyCollaborate with the RM colouration team members to ensure full transparency and awareness of the technical development status and risk along multiple track seasonal deadlinesDeliver on business KPI’s measuring metrics season on season improving team effectiveness year to yearManage the discussion with Lululemon’s Vendors to provide direction on development lead time, development gates and development ready dates to be sure that all the developments will be properly delivered and ready on timeCollaborate with Concept team and cross functional product teams to collect all the seasonal information to run the print association through a smooth and efficient processProvide visibility to the business around cost in the colouration development processProvide strategic input into development statusCreate a detailed delivery season implementation plan to ensure a smooth delivery processManage the coordinator team and the weekly workflow to provide visibility to the team on the all development statusBuild strong relationship with the Vendors providing clear delivery directions and seasonal readiness expectationsqualifications
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, analyst, strategy, or other related field.Strong time management skills, extremely organized and thorough, and able to manage multiple calendars within tight deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture.Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as Smartsheet, SharePoint, FlexPLM.Additional Notes
