Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS: 

Ensure daily Pre-Shift inspections and frequency checks are completed accurately and conduct planned inspection audits on each shift.  Follow, comply and enforce all operational procedures/policies as stated in the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards). Conduct Pre-Shift meetings with the team to communicate safety and/or quality issues and production targets.  Fills in for Team Members that need to temporarily leave the line (emergency, bathroom break, etc.)  Complete all necessary documentation including hourly data collection with downtime reasons and daily performance graphing.  Ensure that all operation documentation is up to date.  Operate production equipment as needed to cover for missing team members and/or to facilitate improved production start-ups.  Perform other duties as required. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have high school diploma/GEDMust be able to pass background check, drug screen, and physicalUnderstanding and ability to properly perform tip changes on lines.Must currently hold or be able to attain a forklift licenseMust exemplify excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, written and oral.  Able to work in various locations within and outside the plant.Must have at least one year of working in a manufacturing environment
