Reporting to the Deputy CISO, the **Lead, Physical Security Services** is responsible for developing and overseeing physical security governance policies and procedures to protect organizational assets and personnel. This role will be instrumental in executive protection, travel briefings, site assessments, and physical/cyber intelligence fusion.
This position is part of the Information Security Team and will be a remote role in the USA.
**As the Lead, Physical Security Services, you will:**
+ Develop and lead a global physical security risk management program.
+ Act as the corporate lead point-of-contact for all physical security, security crisis management, and incident management & reporting.
+ Support executive protection events and activities as directed by management.
+ Establish and manage a centralized physical security event reporting capability.
+ Define minimum baseline physical security control standards to establish governance.
+ Create physical security assessment checklists and perform assessments of Veralto facilities (300+ sites). Categorize company facilities in a tiered process.
+ Conduct detailed physical and cyber security investigations to identify and manage insider risks.
+ Develop strong relationships with government/law enforcement, first responders, civil agencies and business partners to synergize critical, security support during emergencies.
+ Implement the National Incident Management (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) during incidents, ensuring a structured and efficient response to emergencies.
+ Participate in the creation and maintenance of physical incident response plans, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring proper tracking and documentation throughout the incident lifecycle.
+ Review and update physical security measures regularly to adapt to the evolving threat environment and maintain a defensible position.
+ Engage in incident tabletop exercises to test and improve the organization's response capabilities.
+ Develop and implement security metrics that provide real-time, interactive, and easy-to-understand data regarding the physical security posture of Veralto facilities
+ Implement risk mitigation practices to deliver safe & secure work environments.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years in corporate security, including 7+ years in security management
+ Proven track record overseeing and leading enterprise physical security programs and handling acute incidents (e.g., major medicals, workplace violence, building evacuations, major theft and threat events)
+ Working experience with NIMS ICS incident command program implementation.
+ Strong understanding of relevant industry security compliance regulations and control frameworks.
+ Experience in conducting security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigating strategies.
+ Familiarity with security tools and technologies (e.g., access control, video management, visitor management, badging operations, incident and emergency response)
+ Strong interpersonal skills required to collaborate and influence including coaching, leadership, relationship-building, decision making, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a security-relevant major
+ Professional certifications such as: Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP)
+ Ability to give security briefings and security training
+ Military and/or law enforcement experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
