The Lead, Organizational Effectiveness will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering enterprise learning programs that drive measurable improvements in employee performance and member experience. This role will oversee a Learning Designer and collaborate closely with business partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to create program roadmaps, campaigns, and engagement strategies. The position will own the full program lifecycle—from design to execution to measurement—ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and directly enhance the experience of our members.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Design
Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and SMEs to assess needs and define learning objectives that support organizational goals and member experience outcomes.Develop and maintain multi-year program roadmaps aligned with business priorities and L&D strategy.Lead the design and development of high-impact learning solutions, campaigns, and engagement strategies that improve performance and drive behavior change.Program Management & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end management of L&D initiatives, from planning and design to launch and sustainment.Direct and mentor a Learning Designer to ensure quality, creativity, and alignment with adult learning best practices.Coordinate cross-functional resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget program delivery.Ensure programs are integrated into broader organizational change initiatives and communication strategies.Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Establish success metrics and evaluation methods for learning programs to measure impact on business outcomes and member experience.Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and engagement tactics.Stay informed on L&D and organizational effectiveness trends, tools, and innovations to enhance program design and execution.Skills & Competencies:

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in L&D, organizational effectiveness, or program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior program role.Proven track record of designing and managing large-scale learning or organizational change programs.Experience leading creative teams and working with instructional designers, content developers, and communications teams.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours
40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
