About the role

Build and support a high-performing global team of Integration Consultants, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. 

Collaborate closely with other managers, team leads and HR Business Partners on operational matters such as staffing, resource planning, and team logistics. 

Oversee onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and long-term team success. 

Support employee growth through regular performance management, constructive feedback, and mentoring. Participate in salary planning and one-on-one review discussions. 

Act as a key point of contact for the Integration team, ensuring timely and clear communication of updates and strategic direction. 

Represent the Integration team in cross-functional initiatives and maintain strong relationships with other departments. 

Handle escalations and prioritize tasks based on business needs and team capacity. 

Ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient, and sustainable integration solutions that meet customer and business expectations. 

Promote TR’s culture and values within the Integration team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 

Foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment, encouraging open dialogue and psychological safety. 

Continuously improve team operations, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to processes, tools, and workflows. 

Promote process clarity and consistency, both within the team and in collaboration with external stakeholders. 

 

About You 

 

Required skills 

5+ years of experience leading teams, preferably in a technical or consulting environment. 

Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to actively listen and build trust. 

Experience working in international and multicultural environments, with sensitivity to cultural differences. 

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

A natural problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to optimize how work gets done. 

Comfortable with change and ambiguity, and able to lead teams through transformation and growth. 

Additional skills 

Experience with integration technologies or SaaS platforms 

Familiarity with project management frameworks 

Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
