Lead, Global Wholesale Omni-channel Experience

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Lead of Global Omnichannel Wholesale Experience will define and drive the global strategy for delivering premium, data-informed consumer experiences across digital channels in collaboration with multi-brand retail partners. This role works closely with Global NDDC, Consumer Insights, Geography Sales & Marketing, Digital Product, and external agencies to elevate Nike’s presence and performance across partner.com marketplaces and other digital touchpoints.

We are seeking a strategic, consumer-obsessed leader with deep expertise in multi-brand digital commerce. This individual excels in global, matrixed environments and uses data to influence strategy and empower geography teams.

Key qualifications:

Proven experience leading global digital strategy and enabling geography executionStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionDeep knowledge of digital consumer journeys, eCommerce KPIs, and omnichannel ecosystemsExperience optimizing brand presence across multi-brand partner platformsSkilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across time zonesExperience working with multi-brand retail partners and optimizing brand presence across partner platforms8+ years of experience in digital commerce, consumer experience, or omnichannel strategyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceFluent in English; additional languages a plus

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead the global omnichannel experience strategy, enabling geography teams to deliver seamless, data-driven consumer journeys across digital channels. Your work will enhance brand distinction, drive conversion, and unlock growth across multi-brand partner platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Define and evolve the global omnichannel experience strategy aligned with brand and commercial goalsPartner with geography teams to scale digital capabilities and localize consumer experiencesProvide strategic guidance, tools, and frameworks to accelerate execution across multi-brand partnersCollaborate with NDDC and cross-functional teams to adapt Nike standards & content creation for partner platformsUse data to identify friction points, optimize performance, and inform strategic prioritiesChampion a test-and-learn culture to accelerate innovation and continuous improvement, Advocate for multi-brand partner needsMaintain a pulse on digital trends, tools, and technologies to future-proof mult-brand commerce
