**Purpose of Role**
Under Armour is seeking a results-driven FP&A Lead to join our LATAM team based in Mexico City. This high-impact role is responsible for owning the financial performance of the LATAM Wholesale business by partnering with business leaders to plan, analyze, report, and optimize financial results.
As a key finance partner to Sales, Operations and Regional Leadership, this role will combine strong financial acumen with strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail to drive informed decisions. The LATAM FP&A Lead will play a critical role in supporting profitable growth and operational efficiency across the region through cross-functional collaboration.
**Your Impact**
• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to LATAM Wholesale leadership, delivering clear, actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead the forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes for LATAM Wholesale with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and alignment with corporate targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop accurate revenue forecasts, monitor performance, and proactively manage risk and opportunity.
• Drive Gross Margin analysis in partnership with global planning and product teams—highlighting product mix, pricing, FX, and account trade term drivers; identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
• Partner with department leaders to manage expense forecasts, ensuring disciplined investment aligned to business priorities.
• Deliver robust financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, channel expansion and regional priorities.
• Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting to enhance forecasting precision, efficiency, and business impact.
• Communicate complex financial data in a clear, concise and engaging manner to leadership and non-financial stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
**Financial Expertise & Technical Skills**
• Exceptional financial acumen with 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning; wholesale or consumer products experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities required; experience with ERP systems (SAP or other) a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reports in a fast-paced, multi-currency business.
**Collaboration & Communication**
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and drive performance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.

**Education**
