**Purpose of Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO and serve as a strategic partner in driving organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for a wide range of high-level administrative and project management tasks that enable the CEO to lead efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, creating high-impact presentations and documents, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and exercises sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. This role requires the utmost professionalism, discretion, and tact, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively with senior leadership.
**Your Impact**
+ Represent the CEO with professionalism and discretion, serving as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Manage the CEO’s schedule by aligning priorities, anticipating needs, and providing proactive daily and weekly briefings.
+ Coordinate complex calendar management, high-volume scheduling, and detailed domestic and international travel logistics.
+ Handle communication flow by screening and managing calls, emails, and messages, ensuring appropriate routing or responses.
+ Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, including availability beyond standard business hours.
+ Maintain the corporate calendar and ensure cross-departmental alignment while managing sensitive and confidential files.
+ Prepare executive-level documents such as presentations, reports, and agendas using Microsoft Office tools.
+ Support project follow-ups, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications, including board correspondence.
+ Represent leadership in meetings and special projects, including personal assignments and internal/external engagements.
+ Remain flexible for travel and perform additional duties to support the organization’s overall success.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree
+ Over 8 years of experience supporting C-level executives with advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tool proficiency.
+ Proven success in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with exceptional time management, multitasking, and adaptability.
+ Strong leadership background, including managing administrative teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
+ Demonstrated excellence in project planning, calendar and logistics management, and event coordination.
+ Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail, with a consistent ability to meet tight deadlines.
+ Industry experience with a track record of discretion, professionalism, and strategic support at the executive level.
**Workplace Location**
+ **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our **Baltimore, MD** office.
+ **Work Schedule:** 5 days in office per week.

**Base Compensation**
$98,554.40 - $135,512.30 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
