In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness of the enterprise risk frameworks by supporting organization wide risk programs, identifying and assessing risks and tracking mitigation progress. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Implement and maintain a risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process for enterprise risk management in accordance with regulatory expectations and industry standards. + Consult with cross-functional stakeholders on mitigation activities, key risk indicators and metrics. + Implement processes and technological solutions to provide transparency and visibility into key risk trends, issues and resolution status for executive leadership. + Prepare summary reports for various levels of management, including executive and board-level audiences. + Develop and maintain co-ordination with global cross-functional teams including legal, finance and product area leadership.
