Serve as a technical resource for improvement teams, i.e. Provide support by analyzing data, change management, project management and project implementation, lead Continuous Improvement (CI) events (Kaizens, brainstorming, value stream mapping, etc...). Provide hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching to all roles and functions, to advance CI maturity at a sustainable pace continually enhancing our improvement tool set and methodologies.
