Cluster Planning

Responsibility (including but not limited to)

Drive and lead projects to accelerate Nike’s fleet transformation with cross-functional team, e.g.  collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute in-depth analyses of lower-tier cities, marketplace intelligence generation etc.

Lead the marketplace mapping and planning of selective clusters, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements

>= 8 years of relevant work experience

Proven track record in brick-and-mortar (B&M) channel planning company

Deep expertise of marketplace / city cluster dynamics and retail industry concepts / best practices

Exceptional communication & influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders, Strong analytical capability
