At NIKE, Inc. it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game. **Job Purpose** + Responsible for executing partners fleet strategy, facilitating the analysis of partners marketplace trend, and delivering partners high-quality fleet projects. + Closely work together with internal marketplace team, marketing team, finance team and Demand and Supply Management and partners fleet development team to ensure the feasible door opening / renovation cadence through city cluster strategy. **Responsibilities** + Work closely with fleet director to continuously improve fleet productivity under the joint fleet development vision with partners through city cluster strategy. + Deep dive commercial insights from marketplace, synergize opportunities and collaborate marketplace mechanism. + Seamlessly execute marketplace fleet development plan and improve partners fleet structure as well as optimize partners profit accordingly. + Develop strong cross functional relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketplace Planning team, Account expansion team, Marketing and financial team, also cultivate team innovation & creativity through national collaborations + Enhance partners fleet development capabilities and drive better co-working fleet process & clear R&R. **Requirements of this role** + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. + More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.  + Strong partner management skills. + Strong communication and influence skills. + Fluent in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel + Rich knowledge of marketplace / city clusters and retail concept. + Knowledge of financial P&L analysis and business forecast.
