Role & Responsibility: + Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing stores + Manage the strategic relationship with key landlords + Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothly Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree or above with good language skill + 5 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill; Retail industry background is highly appreciated + Leasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferred + Strong communication skill, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal process + Highly organized and detail oriented + A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handling complicated projects NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
