Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.

Job Summary

The Transportation Foreman is responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation support functions across logistics, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. This position supports project operations by developing transportation plans, troubleshooting issues, and aligning customer needs with internal capabilities. The Foreman ensures that transportation activities meet project objectives, schedules, and compliance standards while also contributing to performance improvement through process analysis and metric development.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of transportation plans, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate transportation support functions to meet project requirements and customer expectations.

Interface with logistics, maintenance, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless operations.

Troubleshoot transportation-related issues and recommend solutions to management.

Communicate transportation priorities and schedules to internal teams and customers.

Analyze transportation workflows and develop performance metrics.

Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Monitor and report on transportation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within transportation operations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or related operations.

Familiarity with coordinating cross-functional teams.

Experience analyzing operational workflows and performance metrics.

Fluency in Albanian, with unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.

Intermediate English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an intermediate level.

Must have a valid vehicle driver’s license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment.

Experience working in a project-based or contract-driven environment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong understanding of transportation compliance and safety standards.

Proficiency in logistics software or systems.

Previous supervisory or foreman-level experience in transportation or logistics.
