Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.

Job Summary

Under general direction, the Laborer reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or Lead providing services across the site. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates who are selected are expected to perform labor tasks associated with the Roads and Grounds department as instructed by the section Foreman and General Foreman.

They also assist equipment operators by providing ground guiding of equipment as needed.

They are expected to perform snow and ice prevention tasks as needed.

They complete records, maintain tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

They are to observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

They perform other duties and activities as directed.

Typically, no special knowledge or experience is required to perform labor tasks and skills may be acquired through on-the-job training. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively within the team.

Secondary school (Diploma) or equivalent.

Driving license is required

Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

A level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal
