The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention.  The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span. 

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable  Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements  Must be at least 18 years of age

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the Integrative Behavioral Health Services team at a respected facility in Santa Rosa, CA.

Position Highlights: Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional evenings/Saturdays) Part-Time Option: Minimum 3 days/week Contract Length: 6 months to start – potential temp-to-perm Hours: 40 hours/week Start Date: ASAP Hybrid Option: Available after training period Travel Weekly Pay: $3,404/week Includes: $1,150 Taxable Income + $2,244 Stipends Local Pay rate – $70/hr Key Responsibilities: Conduct mental health screenings and evidence-based psychotherapy Collaborate with primary care providers to improve patient outcomes Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy Facilitate referrals and participate in warm handoffs and urgent evaluations Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case management Qualifications: Licensed in California as LCSW or LMFT Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Experience in community health and working with multicultural populations, especially Latino communities Familiarity with EPIC systems or willingness to learn Why Santa Rosa?
