Job Description

The LCS Cyber Security Coordinator will lead cybersecurity compliance efforts across LCS to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, as applicable, such as DwS (Deliver-with-Security), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2 and other security standards and directives as they evolve and are announced going forward. To be successful in this role you must be a key contact for the LCS business in responding to critical customer security-related inquiries, and to customers' auditors and being responsible for ensuring high quality responses to customers, demonstrating Rockwell Automation’s expertise.

Reporting to the LCS Quality & Compliance Manager (Security Leader of Lifecycle Services), the Cyber Security Coordinator will functionally ("dotted-line") lead a team of Cyber Security Leads within the LCS businesses, who are responsible for the security program within their respective business groups.

Note: This position is related to cybersecurity only. For ease of reading below we use the term "security" in some cases instead.

You will have a hybrid schedule working in Gdańsk, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS) and other security stakeholders on security requirements for the business on regular basis, to fully understand the requirements and ensure the business remains in continuous compliance.

Ensure that all requirements are documented with clarity on business applicability, impact, risk, effort to implement, etc.

Lead the response and actions to mitigate identified security risks impacting the business.

Facilitate the rollout, training and execution of security programs across LCS in coordination with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS).

Ensure regular communication to the LCS Quality & Compliance Manager and other LCS Leaders to ensure leadership awareness of the compliance status, risks, mitigation plans, etc.

Coordinate and collaborate on development of specific implementation guidance for security program requirements to drive consistency and efficiency of execution for the delivery of offerings, and fully understand the business impact of these requirements.

Ensure alignment between security-related processes and best practices across the different LCS business groups, promoting consistency and synergies.

Create business specific training on security requirements and ensure updates and the training for these updates to security programs get cascaded to all impacted personnel in the business/department with support of Cyber Security Leads.

Lead internal security auditors to comply with the internal and external standards, in coordination with the LCS Quality & Compliance team.

Build standardized metrics to measure compliance to security program requirements in collaboration with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS).

Support security vulnerability and risk assessments on the business offerings, drive mitigations efforts and participate in appropriate incident response activities, as required.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar Engineering Technology degree.

Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Travel requirements, as defined by the business/department.

Experience in leading Cyber Security compliance within a global and matrixed business environment, balancing compliance to security standards with business objectives.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000, NIS2 and other security standards and directives.

Basic experience with Rockwell Automation business system and service offerings.

3+ years of experience using the Rockwell Automation Solution Lifecycle (RASL) processes for system architecture development and delivery.

3+ years of experience using and implementing security requirements from the Delivery with Security (DwS) program.
