We are seeking an IT Technician who specializes in computer imaging and deployment to the end user for our Life Cycle Replacement project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently imaging computers to Windows 11 via PXE booting into Microsoft Config Manager, ensuring a standardized and consistent environment for end-users. In addition to imaging tasks, this role will involve interacting with end-users to collect old hardware and deploy new equipment.
· Implement our LCR process to image, install software via Software Center, and deployment of new computers to end users, ensuring that all systems adhere to standardized configurations and software installations.
· Perform computer imaging processes to install and configure Windows 11 operating systems via PXE booting into Microsoft Config Manager.
· Collaborate with end-users to collect outdated hardware and deploy new computer systems, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
· Communicate effectively with our Logistics team by email, providing them with asset tags of old hardware to be removed from end-users and asset tags of the new equipment to be assigned to the respective users.
